Can we arrange our Own Courier to Pick up
Yes - select 'Store Pick Up' when you go through Checkout.
Then in the 'Comments' - advise us that you are having your Courier pick up the parcel, and we will notify you when it is ready for them to collect
Can I get a Tax Invoice?
An Invoice is automatically sent to you once your Order has been confirmed.
You will receive a separate email (like this below) with the Invoice attached
Where is my Order?
Your order may take up to 7-10 working days for delivery depending on the destination and how far it is from Maroochydore. Capital cities will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days unless stock is unavailable.
How do I know if my Order has been received?
You will receive an email from Sunshine Confectionery Outlet detailing your order has been processed and another to advise when it has been processed and shipped with tracking numbers so you can track your Order.

Can I pick up my Order, rather than have it shipped?
Yes you can pick up your Order – simply select the ‘Store Pick Up’ option at Check Out. You will receive an email advising when your Order is ready for collection from our Store which is located at Unit 9, 100 Sugar Road, Maroochydore Queensland 4558.
Monday - Friday 9am to 3.30pm
Saturday morning 9am to 12.30pm

We do not process Orders of a Saturday Morning, this means - if you place an Order Friday evening or Saturday morning, we do not process these Orders until Monday.
You are most welcome to come into our Store and purchase your items of a Saturday morning.
What happens in hot weather?
There is an option for your chocolate order to be sent in a foam box, select when you go through checkout.
Heat is the enemy of chocolate! All of the products we ship leave our warehouse in perfect condition. So to ensure that your Order arrive safely and intact, Sunshine Confectionery Outlet may delay the shipment if we are experiencing extreme heat.
Also, if you place an Order on a Friday, we may delay shipping the products until the following Monday, ensuring your perishable goods don’t sit in a delivery depot over the weekend.
Remember that chocolate starts to melt in temperatures over 22C. Don’t organise for your Order to be delivered to your home if it is going to sit on a doorstep exposed to the elements all day. Maybe have your Order delivered to your work address.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Orders placed through our Website can only be delivered to addresses within Australian States and Territories. However you may contact us if you have a special request for an overseas delivery.
