I purchased 2 x 1 kg bags with my large order of over $200 and am so disappointed because they are not soft, they are hard as rocks!
Unfortunately after contacting the company via email, it is my fault because I received them 5 weeks ago and have just opened them a few days ago. I purchased them for my grandchildren but they are so hard, they’re inedible.
The company doesn’t give refunds or replace goods but did say I could return them for assessment by their team. This is not a viable action because of the cost and logistics.
So … my recommendation is to purchase a small bag first to test the quality of the product before committing to buying in bulk. I wish i had done this before ordering over $200 of lollies.
The jelly beans and aniseed rings are the same, HARD AS ROCKS and even the most sugar addicted child, as hard as they try, can’t chew them! 🤣
I’m extremely disappointed in all bar one of my purchased items.
