Excellent packaging, excellent staff.

After I mistakenly placed two seperate orders, staff phoned and confirmed if I wanted the items shipped seperately or together and informed me I may be able to receive a refund on some of the shipping. They didn't need to help me like this, but they did so anyway.

The items were also packaged securely and were well protected.

I've subtracted a star as the review page auto-selects 5 stars, and I don't believe a review should be pre-filled in that manner. If that's not the fault of Sunshine Confectionery, consider this review 5 stars.
